What Are My Proofing Options ?
PDF proofs
We will send you an electronic pdf proof with every job we design for you. If you have supplied the artwork in a print ready 300 dpi pdf file this can be treated as the final document for print. Pdf documents are used for checking layout and content but are not colour accurate.
If you require further hard copy proofing to check content, layout and colour matching, then you may have the options below in the product window.
Laser Proof
Laser proofs will be sent via post and provide something tangible to look at. These proofs are not colour accurate but allow you to check layout and content.
Wet Proofs
These are the very best match to the finished job, since they are a small run of the finished job on press. We would always recommend a small run of print ( to be used as the wet proof ) prior to any large run of print or where there is an accurate colour match requirement.
